geeky woes

Gateway customer service and/or tech support is the worst I’ve EVER worked with.  EVER.  If this monitor didn’t look so good, I would just demand a refund and buy a Samsung.  I just paid $50 to ship back for UNDER WARRANTY repair.  This is outlandish.
